This is a mycologically-based low-tech, hands-on workshop, presentations and demonstrations covering identification, cultivation, cookery, medicinals, myco-art and mycoremediation.

Schedule of events Sunday morning:

11:00-12:00 Part 1 King Stropharia Companion Planting

                      Hands-on Workshop

12:00-1:00   Delicious Mushroom Lunch

1:00-2:00     Make your own tree cookies

2:00-4:00     Myco Vendor Market-samples, sales, casual

                     conversations and local resources share

We will learn about the life-cycle of a primary & secondary primary, white-rot terrestrial fungi called King Stropharia (Stropharia-rugoso annulata) and will create a raised bed that will be ready for plants in four weeks. A delicious Mushroom Lunch will be served at 12. From 1-2 learn how to make

your own Colonized Tree Cookies. Help support local business by purchasing high-quality mycological products at our Myco Vendors Market.

Part 2 of this workshop is scheduled for April 19th 2019

at the same location.
