This is a mycologically-based low-tech, hands-on workshop, presentations and demonstrations covering identification, cultivation, cookery, medicinals, myco-art and mycoremediation.

We will learn about the life-cycle of a primary & secondary primary, white-rot terrestrial fungi called King Stropharia (Stropharia-rugoso annulata) and will create a raised bed that will be ready for plants in four weeks. A delicious Mushroom Lunch will be served at 12. From 1-2 learn how to make
